Reduce computer eye-strain with these simple exercises.

Prolonged periods at the computer and other types of visual inspection is tiring and can lead to eye strain. Using good ergonomic principles the performer of such tasks will benefit by doing regular eye exercise. This can be as simple as looking away from the task towards some distant object beyond the immediate workspace such as,  looking out a window.  Its important, however that the view should not be so bright that the eyes take time to adjust when the task is resumed.

A lot of eye problems later in life are due to a loss of eye tone in the eye muscles. These eye exercises will tone the eye muscles and keep them elastic.
